Due to the importance of using quality products as well as providing services and product guarantees, Dama Company, as the only manufacturer of all kinds of hoof trimming boxes suitable for all livestock farms in the country, as well as animal husbandry equipment, has ordered and manufactured the products needed by animal husbandry.

Guarantee and warranty services

All the products offered by Dama company knowledge-based have a specified period of guarantee as well as after-sales service (warranty), which is valid on the signed agreement. Supply of components: In the after-sales service (warranty) department, all the pieces used in the product can be supplied for up to ten years.
Also, the training of the labor forces, control, and regular service of the products by the expert workforce regularly during the year is the after-sales services of the Dama company’s products.

After sales service and repairs

Dama Company has set up an after-sales service unit in line with the needs of customers for after-sales services and to gain their satisfaction.
The after-sales service unit is responsive to respected customers 24 hours a day, and in case of problems, technical personnel will be present at the service location after 24 hours at most.
